We have luggage storage facilities available at the hotel and can also arrange for luggage shipping to Tokyo, national airports and other locations in Japan. Please speak to reception during your stay for more information.

Payments & Cancellation Policy

GREEN SEASON - MAY TO NOVEMBER

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before arrival and cancelations made after 3 days are subject to full payment. No shows will be charged full payment.

PEAK SEASON_1st December to 31st March

Deposits:

A 30% deposit will be taken once the reservation has been made, it’s Non-refundable.

Cancellation:

The guest can cancel free of charge of 70% balance 90 days before arrival. Cancellation made after 90 days are subject to full amount. No shows will also be charged full amount.

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 90 days before arrival.

Transfers to the hotel

Bookings include transfers to and from Myoko Kogen train station. Please contact the hotel as soon as you have booked your train ticket and advise us of your arrival time. For more information on train times, fares and connections visit www.hyperdia.com.

parking

There is no parking available onsite however there is a public carpark located 50m from the hotel. Parking is free during spring, summer and autumn and in winter is 1,000 yen per night.

Hotel Shuttle

During your stay you will have access to our free resort shuttle to Akakura Kanko (Akakan), Ikenotaira and Suginohara. Please see reception the night before to book your seat. The hotel also offers paid shuttle services to Seki Onsen, Madarao and Arai. See reception for more details and bookings.

Smoking

This is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any of the hotel rooms or any of its facilities. Anyone found smoking in the building will be subject to heavy charges for deodorizing rooms or areas. Please smoke outside the main entrance and away from doors and dispose of your cigarette butts in designated bins. This includes e-cigarettes.

Noise and parties

We ask that you are respectful of the local culture and traditions as well as other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. We do not tolerate rowdy behaviour and disturbances to other guests.
